         This is my first blog and I want it to be memorable, so I have decided to feature my hometown which is Cabadbaran City. Cabadbaran City is very close to my heart and I want to share it to everyone. My main reason why I made this blog is to persuade people to visit and see the beauty and the hidden treasure of my hometown that has it all.

                  CASA ALBURO

2. CALO HORSE FARM

      This place is an eco-adventure site which offers enjoyable horseback riding and training, nature trails, and camping. Horseback is just one of the recreational activities you will surely enjoy. 3. MUSEO DE CABADBARAN / CABADBARAN MUSEUM

        The city museum located at the city government center complex in Barangay 9. The museum is an educational blast from the past experience. 4. RIZAL PARK feat. The Dancing Fountain

         Rizal Park is a park is located in E. Curato St., Cabadbaran City. Perfect place to bond with family and friends. The most visited among Cabadbaranon's and the neighboring municipalities is no other than the colorful dancing fountain which is located at the center of the park. I have witnessed the fountain at night it was so amazing and relaxing.

5. MT. HILONG-HILONG

     If your a hiker I'm sure you'll love this mountain. Its peak is 2,012 meters above sea level which considered as the highest peak in Caraga region. Mt. Hilong-Hilong has passages of jungle, waterfalls and lake reputed to be enchanted cave rich in species of Flora and Fauna (wild pig, deer, and eagles). For more information, click here

6.MT. PONGKAY (Prayer Mountain)

       Mt. Pongkay is a prayer mountain located in Agong-ong Hills. This mountain is an uphill climb of about 686 steps with a lush flower garden and a panoramic view of the city's cape. 7. TUMIPI FALLS

       This falls has a crystal clear water and a very cold spring. Tumipi is located in Puting Bato, Cabadbaran City.


8. HIGANTENG BATO

            Higanteng Bato is located in Brgy. Del Pilar, Cabadbaran City. Considered to be the biggest boulder in the province, this rock tower measures 124 meters in circumference, 54.13 meters high and 31 meters wide.

9. CABADBARAN FISH SANCTUARY
     
       Recognizes as the most successful artificial reef fish sanctuary found in the country today with over 60 species of fish found in artificial reefs made of bamboo, tires and concrete.


10. 100 YEAR TIME CAPSULE

        It was launched on July 28, 2011. " Project Posterity ( a 100 Year Time Capsule) was the official name of the capsule project. Entombed on July 28,2012, the time capsule contains collection of vital information concerning Cabadbaran and its people for the benefit of the next century Cabadbaranon's.

11. DAGKOT FESTIVAL

          This festival is a religious one in honor of the patron of the city  Nuestra Señora Candelaria . Held in every 2nd of February. Dagkot means lighting a candle.
